The methods of Mr. Big Ball are unique. He hurls 10 pound bowling balls at carts when they are still in the grocery store or the parking lot. While strength and determination may be his strong points, accuracy is not. But by bringing extra balls into the store, he is likely to score a Shopping Cart "strike" with each visit.

It is only the presence of store displays and unobservant shoppers that prevents Mr. Big Ball from causing more Shopping Cart destruction.
